Man attaches Iron to daughter’s car Seat then throws her in Creek

“Prosecutors say Morgan attached a tire iron to Tierra’s car seat to weigh it down before throwing it in a creek.Tierra was strapped in her car seat when her body was found face down and partially submerged in a stream near Shark River Park in Wall Township.
The FBI believes the girl and car seat were thrown from an overpass. “Anyone that could do what he did to his own flesh and blood, a 2-year-old baby, is clearly a danger to others,” said First Assistant Monmouth County Prosecutor Richard Incremona.”
